Why a build fee?

Every bot is custom. We scope the workflow, build it against your systems, and test it. The build fee covers engineering time — typically 1-4 weeks of work. Once it's live, monthly hosting takes over.

Can we build the bot ourselves?

Yes. Bot Manager is also available as a platform-only product — you write the bot, we host and manage the infrastructure. Different pricing applies; email us for details.

What if we outgrow the tier?

Upgrade anytime. Mid-month upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Do you have an SLA?

Enterprise tier includes a signed SLA (99.9% uptime, response-time guarantees). Growth tier gets best-effort support. Starter is business-hours email.
